We are proud to announce that we have won a prestigious tender from the European Parliament for translation services into the 24 official languages of the European Union. This significant achievement reaffirms our long-standing position as a reliable partner for European institutions and a provider of top-tier language services.

Our work will include translating documents that form the foundation of communication and decision-making processes within EU institutions, such as:

• legislation and case law adopted by the EU;
• minutes of meetings, documenting the flow of discussions and decisions reached;
• reports and studies, intended for EU member states and the public;
• public information and communication materials, including press releases, speeches, and social media content.

These translations ensure that people across the European Union can easily read and understand important information in their own language, helping them stay informed about the activities of EU institutions.

Starting January 1, 2025, we will provide translations into Czech and Slovak under this new contract for the next five years. Alongside the European Parliament, we will also collaborate with other institutions, such as the European Court of Auditors, the European Economic and Social Committee, and the Committee of the Regions.

We have been providing Czech translations continuously since 2004, when the Czech Republic joined the European Union. Similarly, we have delivered Slovak translations for nearly as long, aside from a one-year hiatus.

What Does This Success Mean to Us?

Under this agreement, we will process up to 45,500 standard pages annually for each language, representing more than CZK 173 million over a five-year timespan.

In that period, we will translate approximately 400,000 standard pages for the European Parliament. Combined with translations for the European Commission—where we also recently won a translation tender—we will deliver around 800,000 pages for EU institutions in the coming five years.
