ISO 9001 is a quality certificate specifically for translations. It ensures compliance with certain quality procedures and the overall project management of the translation - from request to delivery. Presto's project management system and customer care services are compliant with ISO 90001.

ISO 27001:2013 is a quality certificate that specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to the needs of the organization. Presto's in-house systems for project management and CRM are fully compliant with the ISO 27001.

ISO 17100:2015 is a quality certificate that provides requirements for the core processes, resources, and other aspects necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service that meets applicable specifications. Presto's internal procedures of selecting translators and editors respect the requirements of ISO 17100.
